In this course this is exactly what you will do…

In a small group of fellow learners, you will:

  • learn how to understand your audience and their needs

  • use clear goals of your narrative to make your story stick in their minds like glue!

  • apply a ‘sticky’ structure to your content and narrative

  • apply storytelling and bring your structured content to the next level

  • learn how to ‘tell it like you mean it’!

How will you learn?

Our focus is not on pouring knowledge into your head and hoping that the magic happens in your day-to-day.
That does not work…

We will collaboratively reflect, explore and apply new insights and skills through exercises and the delivery of and feedback on your (short) presentation.

Learning is a process and never a moment in time.
That is why we have set this up as a learning journey.

  • Guide
    • We will get you in the learning mode with some input, reflective questions and a task to prepare.
  • Experiment
    • During a live session you will experiment in a safe environment with your fellow learners and our feedback expert.
      At the end of the session, we will give some challenges and actions to apply in your day-to-day.
  • Apply
    • With these actions you will go from knowing to doing.
      A few weeks later, you can have a coaching call with our expert.
      Here you can share experiences, successes & challenges and look for solutions.  Our expert will guide you.
  • Retain
    • Here it is all about creating new habits.
      Short recap emails and additional resources and inspiration will set you on your way to feedback success.

Practicals

3-hours face-to-face session with some pre- and post work, followed by a 30-minutes individual coaching session (via Teams) 3 weeks later.

The course is delivered in English, but all learners can speak their native language.
