Basic communication skills
Effective communication is essential in any line of work!
And it should be easy: one person sends a message, another receives it and, maybe, replies.
Or is it really?
Don’t you have the feeling that sometimes you are just not being heard?
You think you’re being clear, but the other person struggles to grasp your ideas…
Or maybe sometimes you are not even really listening yourself, too caught up in your own vision of things or just not asking the right questions.
In other cases, the situation itself complicates communication – whether it’s a lack of time to prepare what we want to say or a tense, conflict-ridden environment.
Follow this course and take the time to learn or refine fundamental tools that help to make your daily interactions smoother and more efficient!
How will you learn?
We have set this up in a short learning journey:

This course is built up as a learning journey to allow for maximum learning impact:
HOW WILL YOU LEARN?
Our focus is not on pouring knowledge into your head and hoping that the magic happens in your day-to-day.
That does not work…
We will collaboratively reflect, explore and apply new insights and skills through reflection exercises, roleplays and case studies.
Learning is a process and never a moment in time.
That is why we have set this up as a learning journey:
-
Guide
