HOW WILL YOU LEARN? 

Our focus is not on pouring knowledge into your head and hoping that the magic happens in your day-to-day.
That does not work…

We will collaboratively reflect, explore and apply new insights and skills through reflection exercises, roleplays and case studies.

Learning is a process and never a moment in time.
That is why we have set this up as a learning journey:

  • Guide
    • We will get you in the learning mode with some input and reflective questions.
  • Experiment
    • During a live session you will experiment in a safe environment with your fellow learners and our feedback expert.
      At the end of the session, we will give some challenges and actions to apply in your day-to-day.
  • Apply
    • With these actions you will go from knowing to doing.
      A few weeks later, we will gather you in a short Q&A Teams call.
      Here you can share experiences, successes & challenges and look for solutions.  Our feedback expert will guide you.
  • Retain
    • Here it is all about creating new habits.
      Short recap emails and additional resources and inspiration will set you on your way to feedback success.

1-day face-to-face session with some pre- and post work, followed by a 120-minute Q&A session via Teams a few weeks later.
The course is delivered in French or Dutch.
