Game dynamics:

The pharaoh has ordered it: a majestic pyramid is to be built on the banks of the Nile.
The kingdom’s workers are restless; the project is a real challenge, with tight deadlines and a limited budget.
So the participants set about preparing the project: team composition, planning, processes,… nothing is left to chance.

But as soon as the hourglass starts, the plans have to work! From the quarry to the last stone, tasks follow one another, communication is under control, quality is monitored and progress analyzed! Fortunately, between each round, participants can take stock and improve their plans. These plans should include a risk analysis… because you’re never too sure about what will happen!
