This training will enable you to

Pedagogical approach

This training alternates between theory and practice, emphasizing active learning and real-world relevance. Basic change management concepts will be introduced by the trainer through visual support and open conversations, supplemented by the trainer sharing personal experiences. Participants will analyze completed change management documents (such as Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Plans, Resistance Management Plans, and Change Impact Assessments) to understand their purposes and key elements. Intervision sessions will be included, allowing participants to discuss and reflect on their insights with peers, fostering collaborative learning and deeper comprehension.
