Pedagogical approach

The content of this course is dense. This is why it is structured around the operation of a fictitious PMO, which is the common thread running through the entire course.
The theory is directly illustrated by this fictitious case and by examples drawn from the trainer’s own experience.
To enhance the interactive aspect of the session, participants are invited to share their best practices during intervision sessions. Relational skills are put into practice through real-life situations.
