Game dynamics:

You and your team work for an international company which organizes the transport of exceptional goods around the world. Bear, bridges, diamonds, you move them all in your planes across continents.

However, performance standards are not yet where they should be. How the different departments (Customer Services, the sales team, Research & Development) should work together, you must find out during the different rounds of the game. Moreover, you are striving for one more challenge: to win ‘The Greatest Move’, the biggest and most challenging assignment on the market for your corporation.

The CEO takes charge and will guide the team to enhance the internal processes and performance by applying BPM principles.
Will you succeed in winning ‘The Greatest Move’ at the end of the game? Good luck!

Why a business game?
