In this business simulation you will experience the management of changes involved in the implemention of a nieuw Customer Relation Management system in a sales company.
You are indeed the new operations manager of “the sales company” and responsible for implementing the CRM system within your commercial team.

The sales company is an international player and lead in its industry but with the many changes in the market, where the competition in merciless, your position is in danger of being compromised.
To avoid cutbacks and staff reductions, drastic intervention is needed and the CRM is part of it.
This new system will change daily activities in numerous ways for a lot of actors in the organisation. As the person responsible for implementation, you will have to deal with the reactions of different collaborators. It is up to you to make the right decisions, understand the impact of your choices and lead change to gain acceptance. Communication is key. You will work both online and onsite with an interactive scoreboard.
