Pedagogical approach

This course combines theory, practice and group discussions.

Participants ideally have their own case they come to the training with. After a theoretical framework and explanation, they apply the elements in practice and get initial feedback from the trainer. Then, they are given time to finish their case as ‘homework’. In a second group exercise, they present the results to the others and go deeper into some topics.
