Pedagogical approach

This course is built around real-life communication situations. On the basis of the theoretical information provided on each facilitation method, participants prepare and lead the facilitation of different types of sessions in groups. During the presentations, peer feedback is encouraged.
A debriefing is then organised to take stock of what has been learned and any difficulties encountered.
Throughout the course, the trainer shares her own stories and facilitation tips from her own practice. In addition to the course syllabus, participants receive additional resources to further explore the topics of interest.
The course can be followed by individual coaching on one or more facilitation techniques in the participant’s professional context.
