Pedagogical approach

This training mixes of theory and practice. Each topic is first introduced by the trainer and enriched with numerous practical examples. Theories and concepts are then practised in workshops based on fictitious or real cases, where participants can share their own insights and experiences. The trainer provides feedback to the participants during and after each workshop. During an open discussion at the end, we link the concepts to the participants’ own context and practice.
