Pedagogical approach

This course alternates between theory and practice.
The trainer first introduces the methodology, concepts, and techniques in dialogue with the participants, using examples drawn from their own experience.
Participants are then encouraged to apply the techniques they have learned to a fictitious case.
The course is interspersed with intervision sessions, allowing participants to share their thoughts and experiences, and to reflect on the material they have learned.
