This training will enable you to

  • Using tools and techniques to have a clear picture of who your stakeholders are, analyse where they stand in relation to the project and determine what priority they have for you
  • Better tailor your stakeholder communications to their preferences
  • Better substantiate your request for the “extra mile”
  • To test whether you need to develop further in presentation techniques, feedback and conflict management

Pedagogical approach

In this one-day training, we keep the balance between offering a theoretical basis and applying that basis in practice with the help of some templates. Over the entire day, we thus have a 50/50 split between the two elements.

During the workshops, participants are given the opportunity to work on their own case study, i.e. a current project or initiatives they have been involved in the past. This can be done individually or in small groups.

At the end of the day, participants will assess where they stand in terms of some key soft skills of a project manager in the context of stakeholder management. These insights can then be used by the participant to identify and estimate possible next steps.
