Prosci Practitioner Certification

Prosci’s Change Management Certification Programme is an interactive, 3-day learning experience where participants gain knowledge, skills and tools to successfully manage change initiatives. During the program, they apply Prosci’s holistic change management methodology to a current project. At the end of the programme, you will have made a first draft of the change approach that you will be able as a guideline after the training.
